check-in and select their seats online, saving them valuable time when they're at the airport.
Customers can check-in in less than a minute at the airport. They can choose a seat and collect their boarding pass before proceeding to security.

We want to ensure your customer's flight gets away on schedule, so it is important that they check in and board the aircraft on time.

They can save time and ease their journey through the airport by either using Online Check-in or Self-Service Check-in kiosks.

Check-in times
Opening and closing times for check-in and boarding vary by airport so it is important to find out what the local airport times are in order to arrive there in plenty of time for a flight.

Your customers can view the check-in times that apply to their booking in the ‘At the airport’ section of Manage My Booking.  They must make sure that they allow enough time to complete the necessary security checks at the airport, and get to their gate on time.
