From London Heathrow, British Airways has more direct services to more world-wide destinations than any other airline. In fact British Airways and its Franchisee partners operate up to 73 services a day from 11 UK Airports to Heathrow connecting with flights to over 118 British Airways destinations world-wide.

Where is it?
The Flight Connections Centre is situated airside between Terminals 1 and 2 and contains 3 attractively laid out levels:

Welcome. Here passengers complete all transfer formalities including Security, Immigration and Customs. General information desks also exist here.

Comfort and Enjoyment. Here passengers who have passed through the Welcome level can relax and unwind before travelling on to their next flight.

The Reception Level. Here passengers connecting between Terminals 1 and 4 connect with a coach to take them to the relevant terminal.

Space to relax between flights - over 600 seats, some with foot and headrests.

Rest and relaxation lounges (small charge) where customers can shower and freshen up. Slumber Zones contain full recliner chairs and a business centre with fax, photocopier and secretarial support. For passengers with Children there is a children's playroom and special baby care rooms.

British Airways Executive Club and Club Europe lounges are easily accessible from the FCC, offering qualifying passengers with onward travel on international flights a comfortable oasis in exclusive surroundings.
