Manage My Booking

1- Manage My Booking is designed to allow passengers or their authorized representative to book a seat or meal online as well as:
- View, print, or email an itinerary.
- Print or email ticket receipt (if applicable).
- Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) for travel to relevant countries.
- Add an Executive Club number to the booking.

2- Manage My Booking should only be used if you do not have regular access to a GDS ( e.g. you have booked through a consolidator.). Please ensure that you have the permission of your client, the passenger, to make a request for seats and meals as well as add API information and the Executive Club frequent flyer number to the booking.

3- Any changes made to a PNR through Manage My Booking, will be emailed to the passenger's email on file, but will not appear in the original PNR.

4- British Airways no longer services seat or meal requests over the telephone.

5- Seat and Meal requests are not 100% guaranteed but we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

6- Meal requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

7- Inventory of seats shown online is the pre-allocated amount. If there are no remaining seats available, seats will be assigned at the airport upon check in. British Airways does not have extra seats to pre-assign if Manage My Booking does not show any seats.

8- Online check-in is available to most passengers and groups with e-tickets or paper tickets, whether these have been booked directly with British Airways or through a travel agent. However, there are a few exceptions. The following passengers must continue to check in at the airport:
- Groups larger than 9 passengers in the same booking.
- Passengers under the age of 16 who are travelling alone (unaccompanied minors).
- Passengers requiring medical or special assistance at the airport.
- Passengers with fully open or unconfirmed tickets.
- Passengers waitlisted or travelling on standby.
- Passengers booked on a flight with a BA flight number that is operated by one of our alliance partners. To check which airline operates a particular flight; click on
"Manage My Booking"  and then "Detailed Itinerary."
