AD75 and AD50 Travel

British Airways is pleased to offer AD75 and AD50 reduced rate travel concessions to travel agents who the meet the qualifications shown below.

Qualifications:
You must meet the following qualifications to be eligible for AD75/50 tickets on British Airways:

1) Full-time, salaried, and/or commission employee responsible for promoting travel including air transportation.

2) Employed by agency holding a full IATA accreditation for longer than 12 months, and who also hold a British Airways Carrier Identification Plate (CIP).

3) Hold a valid IATAN identification card at time of ticketing and carry the card with you at all times when traveling.

Entitlement:
AD75: Two tickets for each full time employee of each travel agency per year
AD50: One ticket for the spouse of each full time travel agency employee per year
Note: Agent may combine AD75/AD50 on the same ticket (if AD75 class is not available), however this will use up one of agents two annual AD75 entitlements.

Bookings may only be made within 21 days of departure.  

Booking, Authorization and Ticketing Instructions:

Qualified travel agents no longer need to request Agent Discount 75/Agent Discount 50 approvals via email or issue these tickets through their system. We've created a dedicated website in partnership with Lime Management Worldwide that will enable qualified travel agents to seamlessly manage their AD75/AD50 bookings, payment and ticketing online.

Please note there will be a $35 (USD or CAD) per person per ticket charge levied by Lime Management Worldwide for making AD75/AD50 bookings. (This fee is not refundable).

In order to utilize the new AD75/50 website, qualified travel agents must first register online to be sent a user name and password by email. The user name and password will give you access to the website and allow you to make AD75 /AD50 bookings online.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A $35 (USD or CAD) per person per ticket charge is levied by Lime Management Worldwide for making AD75/AD50 bookings. (This fee is not refundable).
  2. Bookings may only be made within 21 days of departure.
  3. Travel must originate from a British Airways gateway.
  4. Routing/Re-routing: Travel on these fares is permitted via the services of British Airways (and the specific partner/franchise flights with BA flight numbers outlined below) only.
  5. One change is permitted on the inbound portion of the journey at a charge of $25.
  6. ancellation Penalty: No refund charge applies with the online booking process. (Previously, a $50 cancellation fee was applied).
  7. Stopovers permitted based on appropriate fare rule being used
  8. Advance seat assignments, and wait-listing are NOT permitted.
  9. AD75/50 fares are not commissionable.
  10. All travel must be completed within 3 months of outbound travel date.
  11. Where spouse travels at AD50, both passengers must travel outbound together but can return on different dates.
  12. Frequent flyer miles may not be earned and award travel may not be redeemed.
  13. Partners/franchise flights with BA flight numbers
    AD75/50 not valid on: Loganair, Comair/Sunair - travel agents must apply directly to these carriers for agent discounts.
  14. Codeshare flights: No AD75/50 travel allowed on BA/OAL codeshares > i.e. BA/IB codeshare
  15. Child/Infant discount not permitted.
  16. This fare may not be used in conjunction with any other discount coupon, promotion, or free and reduced rate transportation for travel agents and/or tour conductors.
  17. No exceptions to these conditions permitted.
  18. All government taxes and fees are the responsibility of the agent and are not included in the original ticket price. PFC's do not apply to AD75 travel.
