By simply registering for this promotion and flying in any cabin on a qualifying full fare ticket,* your clients will receive a complimentary companion ticket with their next purchased ticket (in any cabin).
The companion ticket is valid to any of the more than 300 worldwide destinations that destinations that British Airways flies to, for travel January 11, 2010 through December 31, 2010.

Qualifying terms and conditions:
 Member and companion must each pay all applicable surcharges, gov't fees and taxes. Offer applies to new bookings only. Other restrictions apply. No special ticketing instructions required for travel agents for this promotional offer for qualifying purposes.

1. To qualify, traveller must be an Executive Club member and be registered for the promotion.
2. Registration must be completed at www.ba.com/companion.
3. New members must enrol in the Executive Club and register for the promotion prior to travel in order to qualify for the complimentary companion offer.
4. Consolidator or Wholesale fares, senior citizen discounts, travel agency discounts, child or infant fares, and any other promotional offers do not qualify and cannot be combined with this complimentary offer. Corporate dealt tickets can't be combined with the complimentary companion ticket.
5. Member must book a transatlantic round-trip ticket in the US, Canada, Bermuda, Carribean or Latin America, excluding Cuba, in qualifying World Traveller fares (H, B or Y class), World Traveller Plus (W or E class), Club World (J, C, D or R class), First (F or A class), including an approved Corporate dealt ticket booked in one of the aforementioned classes and book before February 26, 2010 and travel between September 29, 2009 and March 31, 2010. (Excluding I, T, N, V, Q, S, L, O and G classes)
6. All travel to be completed by March 31, 2010 and must be based on completed round-trip travel.
7. To ensure qualifying flights are tracked, members must provide Executive Club member number at time of booking and again at check-in.
8. Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your e-voucher for companion travel. If no email address is provided at time of registration a voucher will be sent by direct mail within 8 weeks.
9. Offer is available on all British Airways mainline flights only. It is not valid on any code-share, franchise or oneworld flights.
10. Eligible round-trip fares are combinable where available. For example, a one-way Club World fare from NYC to London can be combined with a one-way FIRST fare from London to NYC.
11. Tickets must show confirmed reservations (no open segments) for the entire journey and must be purchased prior to start of travel from the US, Canada, Bermuda Caribbean or Latin America. No split currency ticketing is permitted.
12. Tickets are non-transferable, non-endorsable, and not exchangeable for cash. No name changes are allowed once tickets are issued.
13. Fare rules of the revenue ticket apply.
14. Offer available only to residents of the US, Canada, Bermuda, Caribbean, or Latin America Travel for both qualifying and complimentary companion offer must originate in the US, Canada, Bermuda, Caribbean or Latin America. Caribbean agents please note: standard commission applies on the full revenue ticket.
15. Offer applies to new bookings only.
16. Interlining is not permitted. Other airlines must be ticketed separately and are not included as part of this promotion.
17. Offers are not available in conjunction with any discount coupon, upgrade or free travel award, or any travel trade and airline industry discount tickets and cannot be combined with any other BA Miles bonus or promotional offer.

3. E-vouchers will be sent with instructions for redeeming complimentary companion offer.

4. To redeem companion ticket, member and companion must make a booking between January 4, and July 30, 2010 on any BA published fare, except those that are fully non-refundable.
5. Tickets must show confirmed reservations (no open segments) for the entire journey and must be purchased prior to start of travel from the US, Canada, Bermuda, Caribbean or Latin America, excluding Cuba. No split currency ticketing is permitted.
6. Tickets are non-transferable, non-endorsable, and not exchangeable for cash. No name changes are allowed once tickets are issued.
7. Companion tickets do not earn BA Miles.
8. Refunds will not be allowed once tickets are issued
9. Member and companion must travel round-trip together on the same flights departing between January 11 and December 15, 2010. Both passengers must be booked on the same reservation and tickets must be issued at the same time for the same itinerary, class of service and dates. Member and companion travel must be booked in the following published fares: F,A,J,C,D,R,W,E,Y,B,H,K,M class. The following fares classes are excluded: I, T and the non-refundable fare classes:  "N, V, Q, S, L & O" are excluded. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2010.

11. Corporate dealt tickets can't be combined with the complimentary companion ticket.
12. Member can qualify for complimentary companion ticket multiple times but can only be used with one companion at a time.
13.. Member who qualified for complimentary companion ticket must travel with companion. No alternatives will be permitted.
14. If purchased ticket is cancelled then companion ticket will also be cancelled.
15. Flight interruption policy: If irregular flight operations occur, alternate travel arrangements will be made under British Airways' existing flight interruption policy for both travellers.
16. British Airways audits tickets on a regular basis for accuracy and compliance. Violations to the terms and conditions listed above may result in agency debit memos and/or other action deemed appropriate by British Airways.
