Companion Ticket for British Airways Visa cardmembers

Please note that this offer only applies to select, unrestricted, full fares and that terms and conditions include a Saturday night stay. Booking and Ticketing Instructions Booking Instructions Reservations for both passengers MUST be booked on the same PNR and tickets must be issued at the same time for the same itinerary, class of service and dates. Both flights must be booked using the following fare basis codes and booking classes:
** For beyond-London segments that do not offer World Traveller Plus, book in B inventory. Offer applies to the select, non-restricted, fully flexible, full airfares above, must be booked in the designated classes displayed, and is subject to availability of inventory. Lower fares with advance purchase requirements and other restrictions may be available but do not apply to this offer. Ticketing Instructions Agency must issue one ticket with the full gross published fare in the fare box, remitting the full gross published fare amount to For tickets issued in the US April 1, 2009 - December 31, 2010 (Only), the Financial Control number CN4365034 must appear in the Tour Code Box of both the Revenue and Free ticket and must be printed on both tickets by the Agency's CRS/GDS system. This control number cannot be handwritten. Tickets issued without the financial control number will not qualify for this agreement and will be subject to a debit memo. For tickets issued in Canada April 1, 2009 - December 31, 2010 (Only), the Financial Control Number X0000/4365034 must appear in the Tour Code Box of both the revenue ticket and the free ticket, and must be printed on both tickets by the Agency's CRS/GDS system. This control number cannot be hand written and tickets issued without the Financial Control Number will not qualify for this agreement and will be subject to a debit memo. Cross Referencing: Both tickets must be cross-referenced by adding the ticket type (e.g. COMP or REV) into the fare basis/ticket designator box immediately after the fare basis/ticket desginator. For example: The fare basis is J1US The ticket type is REV Correctly cross-referenced ticket: J1USA/REV Endorsements: 1. The following must be printed in the Endorsement Box of BOTH TICKETS: "Must travel w/companion – companion passenger name." 2. The following must be printed in the Endorsement box of the FULL FARE TICKET: "Non Ref/WO Companion-companion passenger name" on British Airways for both passengers, originate from North America, must be paid for in US dollars, and must have all sectors closed to British Airways.The revenue passenger must be a current Chase BA Visa© Signature account holder and payment must be made with his/her Chase BA Visa credit card. To ensure the cardholder has a BA Visa there are special bin numbers assigned. The 4-digit bin numbers for BA Visa cards are 4225, 4226, 4147, 4266, 4301, and 4417. These bin numbers are the first 4 digits of the credit card number and must be on the credit card used for payment. This promotional offer must be taken at time of ticket issuance.
