Upgrade to First.

Upgrade your customers one-way to First. On us.

First travellers enter a different world where personal service and attention to detail define the journey, from check-in through to the final destination - a world where every seat along the way is first class.

And now, your customers can experience that world for themselves with our free, Upgrade to First offer.

You can upgrade your customers to First, one-way, when you book them on an eligible, semi-flexible, published Club World return flight in C, D or R class between 16 April and 7 May 2013 for travel between 16 April and 31 August 2013.

If a customer takes an eligible, fully-flexible, published, Club World return flight in J class, they can book any time from 16 April right up to the end of the offer period on 4 July 2013. Inbound travel for all classes must be completed by 8 September 2013.

Either way, you can book your customers as many free upgrades as they like on eligible flights within the offer period. And they're all on us.

This offer is always popular and upgrades are subject to availability, so don't let your customers miss out on a chance to travel First.

And remember, our offer ends midnight on 4 July 2013.

Some of the world's finest chefs contributed to our First menu. It changes from month to month according to the quality and availability of seasonal ingredients. But the focus is consistently on simplicity and flavours. Naturally, afternoon tea is served and travellers can take a snack at any time during their flight. At breakfast, they can opt for full English, a fresh continental or just a croissant with coffee if they wish. They can even skip breakfast and sleep longer if preferred.

Sleeping

A good flight's sleep is virtually guaranteed in First. We'll make up the fully-flat bed with a quilted mattress, crisp white 400-thread Egyptian cotton duvet and pillow and a pair of luxurious pyjamas. Travellers will wake refreshed and ready to go.
