Advance Passenger Information
The governments of various countries require British Airways to collect Advance Passenger Information from passengers prior to travel. We will only provide each country’s Customs and Immigration Authorities with the relevant information required by them, however some governments require airlines to provide them with direct access to airline passenger bookings (PNRs) which may contain other passenger data. It is important that the information is accurate so you pass through Immigration on arrival in these countries without delay.
We strongly recommend that you provide your Advance Passenger Information to us in advance of going to the airport. You can do this at any time in advance of your flight through Manage My Booking or when you check in at ba.com. If you do not have internet access, you can give us the information at an airport Check-in kiosk or airport Check-in desk.

Bermuda
Laws already in force in Bermuda require British Airways to collect the following information from all passengers travelling to and from Bermuda, prior to travel.
Passport information, including:
- passport number
- passport expiry date
- country which issued passport
- given names (as they appear on the passport)
- last name
- gender
- date of birth
- nationality
Caribbean
Antigua, Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago.
Laws in force in the Caribbean countries listed above will require British Airways to collect the following information from all passengers travelling to those countries, prior to travel.
Passport information, including:
- passport number
- country which issued passport
- passport expiry date
- given names (as they appear on the passport)
- last name
- gender
- date of birth
- nationality
Canada
Laws already in force in Canada require British Airways to collect the following information from all passengers travelling to Canada, prior to travel.

United Kingdom
Laws in force in the UK require British Airways to collect the following information from all passengers travelling to and from certain cities in the USA, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, South Africa (Johannesburg only), Pakistan, Jamaica, Kenya, Algeria, Iran, Syria and Morocco prior to travel.

USA
Laws in force in the USA require British Airways to collect the following information from all passengers travelling to and from the USA, prior to travel:
Passport information, including:
- passport number
- country which issued passport
- passport expiry date
- given names (as they appear on the passport)
- last name
- gender
- date of birth
- nationality
- the Alien Registration Number (Green Card) is also required for those who have US residency.
In addition, the following information is required for passengers travelling to the USA from the UK:
- country of residence
- destination address in the US for all passengers except US Citizens or residents
