News about Terminal 3

We've been making improvements at Terminal 3 so that you can have a more enjoyable experience when you travel with us. 

These include:

• A dedicated British Airways check-in area in Zone G.
• A frequent coach service between Terminals 3, 4 and 5 for flight connections.
• Improvements to security, connections and arrivals areas, plus modernisation of departure piers and gates.
• A new car park with a covered walkway direct to Terminal 3, plus a bigger drop-off area for customers and British Airways valet parking.
• We look forward to welcoming you to the newly developed Terminal 3.
  

Check-in facilities at Terminal 3

The dedicated British Airways check-in area in Zone G includes:

• 14 Check-in kiosks
• Bag Drop desks
• 6 Customer Service desks
• separate First and Club World check-in facilities
• passport and visa check desk (for longhaul flights and non-EU customers only)
